About the role:
As Lead Educator, you will:
- design engaging play-based programs
- guide the planning cycle and support reflective practice
- coach and mentor educators to build capability and confidence
- embed the EYLF and NQS across daily practice
- build strong relationships with families and colleagues
- contribute to a warm, collaborative and child-centred culture
What you bring:
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) completed before October 2025
- Minimum twelve months of room or team leadership experience in an Australian early learning service
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, plus a valid Blue Card
- Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS and planning cycle
- Confidence in mentoring, family engagement and navigating challenging conversations
- Full-time availability, ideally on a rotating roster
