Vice President of Clinical Services (Optometrist) - Austin, Texas

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive eye exams, diagnose and manage ocular conditions, and prescribe corrective lenses
• Develop and implement clinical protocols, quality benchmarks, and compliance standards
• Mentor and elevate staff optometrists
• Champion clinical roundtables and advance technology adoption
• Partner with executive leaders on strategic growth and clinical KPIs

Compensation and Benefits:

• Potential earning range of $170,000 to $200,000 with base plus performance incentives
• 2.5% common equity vesting over 5 years
• Robust benefits including 3 weeks of PTO, CE reimbursement, and health/dental insurance

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) from an ACOE-accredited program
• Active Texas optometry license with therapeutic privileges (or eligibility)
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
• Familiarity with EHR systems; knowledge of insurance billing/coding preferred
