Medical Receptionist (Optometry) - Medfield, MA

We are seeking a dedicated receptionist who will provide exceptional vision care and personalized service to our patients. This optical establishment takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that each visit is a pleasant experience. They offer a competitive salary ranging from $20 to $22, depending on experience, and training will be provided.

As the receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, playing a vital role in creating a positive impression of the practice. Your responsibilities will include:

• Warmly welcome patients and visitors as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional atmosphere.
• Manage the appointment calendar efficiently, scheduling and confirming patient visits while accommodating their preferences and needs.
• Assist patients by verifying insurance eligibility and coverage, ensuring seamless billing processes.
• Perform various clerical tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and maintaining organized patient records.
• Work closely with the optical staff to ensure an efficient workflow, handling patient needs and concerns with care.
  

Hours:

• Monday: 9 AM - 3 PM or 4 PM
• Tuesday: 9 AM - 5 PM or 10 AM - 5 PM
• Wednesday: 9 AM - 2:30 PM or 4 PM
• Thursday: 9 AM - 5 PM
• Friday: 9 AM - 3 PM or 4 PM
