Optometrist | Saturdays and/or Sundays - Florida (multiple locations available)

As a member of this spectacular team, you can practice full-scope optometry, providing comprehensive eye care services for the best patient care. 

This part-time position is for Saturday and/or Sunday coverage and offers a competitive daily compensation of $800 for Saturdays (9am to 6pm), and $600 for Sundays (11am to 4pm).

Multiple locations are available in Florida: Brandon, Destin, Gainesville, Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Orange Park, Panama City Beach, and Orlando/Winter Park. Please contact us about the location where you're most interested in working.

Job Description

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams to assess vision and eye health.
• Provide contact lens exams and fittings tailored to individual patient needs.
• Offer LASIK consultations and evaluate patients for surgical eligibility.
• Screen for ocular diseases, including cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure exceptional patient care and a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
• Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining
