Are you ready to take your optometry career to the next level? Join this dynamic, private practice in a thriving rural community and experience optometry at its finest! We are looking for a Full-time Optometrist to work Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm. Part-time options can also be considered.

- Full Scope Practice: Experience everything from comprehensive eye exams and contact lens fittings to advanced ocular disease management and vision therapy (interest is a plus, not a must).
- Supportive, Collaborative Team: Work alongside 2–3 skilled techs, 1–2 opticians, vision therapists, a receptionist, scheduler/lab tech/stylist, and a dedicated billing department.
- Cutting-Edge Technology: Practice with the latest equipment, including OCT, Optos, and new visual field machines, with 3–4 fully equipped lanes in each office.
- Robust Patient Base: See 25–40 patients per day (full exams, follow-ups, emergencies, contact lens checks, etc.) in a region with little competition and high demand.
This independent optometry practice, located in a rural region with a large and loyal patient base, offers comprehensive eye care in a welcoming and modern environment. Utilizing state-of-the-art technology such as OCT, Optos, and advanced visual field analyzers, the practice provides full-scope optometric services, including medical eye care and vision therapy. With a collaborative team of optometric technicians, opticians, and support staff, the practice is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences. Its unique position in the community—serving areas with limited competition and limited ophthalmology access—allows optometrists to practice at a high medical level while enjoying a supportive work culture and strong professional growth opportunities.

Requirements:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
- Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining
- Passionate about full-scope optometry
- Interest in ocular disease and/or vision therapy is a bonus
