About the role:

Join our team as a Service Desk Support Engineer, where you will provide dedicated support for our Cyprus office such as:

  • Act as a first point of contact for company employees located all over the world
  • Help to troubleshoot problems with corporate workplace, such as laptops, local networks and Wi-Fi, printers, IP telephony
  • Work with cloud services like Google, Slack, Jira, Confluence, BambooHR, Kissflow, 3CX, etc.
  • Manage user access rights and permissions
  • Create and maintain automations and integrations to simplify the interaction of employees with internal services of the Company


Reporting Line: Service Desk Lead

Worksite: Limassol, Cyprus.


Responsibilities:

  • Providing Technical support for employees
  • Troubleshooting Windows and MacOS systems
  • System administration
  • Monitoring security alerts
  • Development of automation scripts
  • Maintaining Employee Onboarding and Termination processes
  • License management
  • Corporate equipment maintenance


Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS)
  • Experience with Google cloud ecosystem, preliminary G-Suite
  • Experience with cloud services APIs (Google, slack etc..) is a plus
  • Basic experience with local area and Wi-Fi networks
  • Experience of programming languages (Python, Java script) is a plus
  • Working knowledge of English B2 language is a must
  • Working knowledge of Russian B2 language is a must
  • Be Customer-oriented and cool-tempered, readiness to fulfill repeating requests and resolve repeating issues
  • Good communication skills, ability and willingness to provide service of high quality
  • This is a demanding support position which calls for excellent customer service skills, the ability to articulate solutions clearly and confidently to end users and a high degree of technical knowledge
