About The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting EXANTEs innovative financial solutions to a global clientele.

Worksite: Remote/ Hybrid/ On-site (options vary by location)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and social media.
  • Sales Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects and leads, introduce EXANTE's products and services, and tailor solutions to meet client needs. Introduce and liaise with Regional Senior Managers to continue the process with a screened lead.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse sales metrics, client feedback, and market data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement. Use insights to enhance sales strategies, optimise targeting efforts, and achieve better results globally.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align on goals and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a relevant role with significant proven success
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar role, within financial services or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of financial instruments, trading platforms, or wealth management solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software for pipeline tracking and reporting.
