About The Role

We're seeking a Full-Stack Developer to accelerate development of our next-gen trading infrastructure. You'll architect robust backend services and reactive frontends that handle real-time market data at scale. This is core product work - your code will directly impact thousands of professional traders worldwide.

Reporting Line - Director, Web Interfaces

Worksite: Remote/ Hybrid/ On-site (options vary by location)

Responsibilities

• Build Mission-Critical Systems: Develop and optimize our Django/FastAPI backend and React/TypeScript frontend

• Solve at Scale: Design architectures that maintain sub-100ms latency under heavy trading loads

• Bridge AI & Finance: Implement smart features using modern AI tooling

• Own the Stack: From PostgreSQL optimizations to pixel-perfect UI components

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with quants, UX designers, and infra teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years with Django, DRF, FastAPI, Python 3.7+

• React/TypeScript mastery with Redux Toolkit

• Production experience with Material UI/Tailwind

• Strong grasp of RESTful APIs, websockets, JWT auth

• English: Can debate code quality in sleep

Nice to have

• AI/ML integrations (LLMs, predictive models, etc.)

• Trading/fintech background (even crypto/DeFi counts!)

• Web performance optimization (lighthouse scores >90)

• Testing rigor (pytest, Jest, Cypress)
