About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Crypto Counterparty Onboarding Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in establishing and maintaining relationships with cryptocurrency counterparties and payment processors. You will be responsible for initiating contact, coordinating meetings, managing communications, and maintaining organized records to support smooth onboarding and ongoing collaboration.

This position is ideal for someone looking to start their career in fintech, crypto operations, or client relationship management.

Worksite: Remote


Responsibilities

  • Outreach & Engagement:
    Initiate contact with cryptocurrency counterparties, exchanges, and payment processors to facilitate onboarding discussions.

  • Meeting Coordination:
    Schedule and manage meetings between internal stakeholders and counterparties, ensuring efficient communication flow.

  • Communication Management:
    Serve as a key point of contact for counterparties during the onboarding process, maintaining a professional and responsive communication channel.

  • Documentation & Record Keeping:
    Maintain accurate records of all correspondence, agreements, and onboarding documentation within internal systems (CRM, compliance tools, etc.).

  • Onboarding Support:
    Collaborate with compliance, legal, and operations teams to collect necessary information and documentation required for due diligence and onboarding.

  • Reporting:
    Prepare periodic reports on onboarding progress, contact activity, and engagement outcomes.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with external partners via email, calls, and meetings.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM systems.

  • Deep interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and fintech industries.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • Strong numerical and analytical ability, highly competent with numbers.

  • Familiarity with trading environments or financial markets, trading experience is a strong advantage.

  • Basic understanding of crypto exchanges, OTC desks, and payment processors.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling counterparties and sensitive information.

  • Previous internship or experience in financial services, client relations, or operations.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with compliance or legal teams.

  • Ability to interpret and manage data accurately for reporting and decision-making.
