Job Title: Asesor de Ventas
Location: Barquisimeto, Lara, Venezuela
Contract Details: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and current clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads
- Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
- Handle and resolve any customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Keep track of sales data and provide regular reports to management
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Must be based in Barquisimeto or willing to relocate
