Social Media Officer (KSA)

 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage social media content across all companies.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, X, and other relevant platforms.
  • Use social media scheduling tools to organize calendars, publish content, and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
  • Create captions, short scripts, post copy, content briefs, and social media text in Arabic and English.
  • Use AI tools to support content creation, visual concepts, copy development, and workflow efficiency.
  • Develop content ideas, trends, hooks, and campaign concepts.
  • Adapt content for different markets, with strong focus on Saudi Arabia.
  • Create Saudi-relevant content that understands local culture, audience behavior, tone, and platform trends.
  • Use Saudi slang and local expressions when suitable, while keeping the content aligned with the brand.
  • Coordinate with designers, videographers, editors, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Monitor engagement, comments, messages, trends, and competitor activity.
  • Prepare monthly content calendars, performance reports, insights, and recommendations.
  • Ensure all content follows each brand's tone of voice, standards, and positioning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, investment, hospitality, or property sectors.
  • Strong experience creating content for the Saudi market.
  • Deep understanding of Saudi culture, digital habits, audience behavior, and what performs on Saudi social platforms.
  • Ability to write in clear Arabic, Saudi-style Arabic when needed, and English.
  • Good understanding of Saudi slang, local expressions, and how to use them naturally in content.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and projects at the same time.
  • Good understanding of real estate content, project launches, property campaigns, and lead-driven communication.
  • Strong eye for trends, visuals, hooks, and audience behavior.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience with a real estate developer, brokerage, agency, property platform, or hospitality brand.
  • Basic video editing or content creation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in AI tools is required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
  • Understanding of paid social media is a plus.
