Project Coordinator (Arabic Speaker Must)

Required qualifications & experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years in project coordination, executive assistance, programme management, operations, or chief-of-staff-type roles — ideally in a technology, digital, or high-growth commercial environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams and competing priorities to deadline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to produce polished, executive-quality documents and decks
  • High proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g. project-tracking software, spreadsheets, presentation tools, calendar/email management).
  • Comfortable working with data and reporting; able to read, maintain, and interpret performance dashboards.
  • Discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential information.
Preferred qualifications
  • Exposure to AI, technology delivery, or digital product environments.
  • Familiarity with marketing/growth concepts and customer acquisition funnels (e.g. CRM, lead scoring, conversion metrics, campaign performance).
  • Experience supporting C-level executives.
  • Awareness of data-protection and governance frameworks (PDPL, GDPR, or similar).
Arabic and English proficiency (an advantage in the regional context)
