The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools to create engaging visual content that enhances brand awareness and supports sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Create AI-generated videos for property launches, marketing campaigns, social media, and digital platforms.

Develop scripts, storyboards, and visual concepts using AI-powered tools.

Edit videos by adding voiceovers, subtitles, motion graphics, music, and visual effects.

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Branding teams to deliver compelling content.

Ensure brand consistency and optimize videos for multiple digital channels.

Stay updated with the latest AI video technologies and trends.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in AI video production, preferably within the real estate industry.

Proficiency with AI video tools such as Runway, Veo, Kling AI, Pika, Synthesia, HeyGen, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong storytelling, video editing, and content creation skills.

Experience creating luxury real estate marketing content is highly preferred.
