Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 5,000 per month

Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive Indoor Sales Executive to support business development through client coordination, follow-ups, and sales support related to freight forwarding and logistics services.
Key Responsibilities

Handle client inquiries and follow-ups via calls and emails

Support the sales team by preparing quotations and proposals

Identify business opportunities from leads and existing customers

Coordinate with operations teams for shipment execution

Maintain customer records and sales MIS reports

Build relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

Support marketing and sales initiatives
Requirements
-
1–2 years of freight forwarding experience in the UAE (mandatory)

Experience handling Export / Import Sea Freight customers

Strong communication and customer-handling skills

Good understanding of freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics processes

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
