CDL A OTR COMPANY DRIVER

Key Selling Points:

• Schedule: Out for 12 days, home for 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend.
• Coverage: OTR driving across all 48 states, primarily east of I-35, but we go where the freight goes.
• Miles: Average 2000-2200 miles per week, determined by hours of service and availability.
• Freight: All no-touch freight, with 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload.
• Routing: No forced dispatch into NYC or its five boroughs.

Additional Details:

• Equipment: 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworths.
• Average length of haul exceeds 600 miles.
• 24/7 access to an operations specialist for assistance.
• All shifts are tailored to meet your needs.

Pay Details:

• Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
• Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity, eligible the month following your hire date.
