CDL A OTR COMPANY DRIVER

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000!

Key Benefits:

• Schedule: Out 12 days, home for 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend.
• Routes: OTR across all 48 states; primarily East of I-35.
• Miles: Average 2000-2200 miles per week, determined by HOS and availability.
• Freight: ALL no-touch; 50-60% drop & hook; 40-50% live unload.
• Dispatch: No forced dispatch into NYC or its boroughs.

Truck Fleet:

• 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or KWs.
• Average haul length: Over 600 miles.
• 24/7 operations specialist support.

Compensation Details:

• Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours.
• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day.
• Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on Safety, Mileage, & Productivity (eligible the month after hire).
• SOB Payment: $500 after first load, $500 at 30 days.
