$1000 Sign-On Bonus!

Key Benefits:

• Schedule: Out for 12 days, home for 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend.
• Freight: OTR across all 48 states; most loads are East of I-35.
• Miles: Average 2000-2200 miles per week based on Hours of Service and freight availability.
• Freight Type: ALL no-touch freight, with 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload.
• Dispatch: No forced dispatch into NYC or its boroughs.

Equipment:

• Drive 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworths.
• Average length of haul is over 600 miles.

• All shifts are tailored to meet your needs.

Additional Compensation:

• Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after 2nd hour.
• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
• Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on Safety, Mileage, & Productivity, eligible the month after your hire date.

Sign-On Bonus Structure:

• $500 after your first load.
• Additional $500 at 30 days.
