CDL A OTR COMPANY DRIVER

Key Selling Points:

• Schedule: Out 12 days, home 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend
• Freight: OTR across all 48 states; majority of freight is East of I-35
• Mileage: Average 2,000-2,200 miles per week, determined by HOS and availability
• Freight Type: All no touch; 50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload
• Dispatch: No forced dispatch into NYC or its 5 boroughs

Additional Details:

• Drive a 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliner or Kenworth
• Average length of haul: over 600 miles
• 24/7 operations specialist available for support
• Flexible shifts to meet your needs

Pay Details:

• Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after the 2nd hour
• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day
• Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity (eligible on the 1st of the month following your hire)
