Job Description

ExeQut is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager with approximately 3-7 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

This role will serve as a key contributor to HR operations and employee Management, acting as a primary point of contact for day-to-day HR matters while supporting the implementation of HR processes, policies, and initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, comfortable working independently, and motivated to grow independently.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related requests and inquiries

  • Handle daily HR operations, including:

    • Employee records and documentation

    • HR letters and confirmations

    • Attendance and timesheet management

  • Implement and maintain of HR policies, procedures, and SOPs

  • Coordinating performance evaluations and performance management cycles
  • Manage Talent Acquisition activities, including sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, candidate communication and hiring.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Proactively propose and support new HR initiatives related to:

    • Employee experience

    • Culture and engagement

    • Process improvement

  • Conduct research on HR best practices, trends, and operating procedures, and recommend improvements where applicable

  • Act as a clear communicator and mediator between employees and management when required
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all HR activities

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a related field (Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar)

  • Approximately 3-7 years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition

  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset

  • Willingness to learn quickly and take ownership of responsibilities

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in handling different HR functions.

  • Interest in HR technology, systems, or process automation

  • Familiarity with ATS and HRMS systems.

Additional Information

  • Role Type: Full-Time

  • Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+3)
