Job Description

ExeQut is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong focus on mobile applications to join our team. This senior-level role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing complex technical projects, particularly in mobile development, from planning and execution to delivery. This role demands strong coordination with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality mobile solutions aligned with business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee technical projects, with a primary focus on mobile application development (iOS and Android), ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to define project requirements, technical feasibility, and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and communication frameworks to track progress and manage risks effectively.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure smooth team operations.
• Act as the liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients to align project goals with business needs and user expectations.
• Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to quality standards, conducting regular status updates and reviews with stakeholders.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance efforts, ensuring that deliverables meet business requirements and technical specifications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices for project delivery and team collaboration.

Qualifications and Requirements

Technical and Project Management Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, including APIs, mobile architecture, and cloud-based services.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello, and familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with technical documentation, requirements gathering, and resource planning.

Leadership and Interpersonal Skills:

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including managing cross-functional teams and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.

Nice to Have:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with mobile-specific features such as push notifications, in-app messaging, and app store optimization (ASO).
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, or Mixpanel.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
