Job Description

ExeQut is looking for a seasoned Principal Flutter Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This senior-level position requires strong leadership abilities and extensive experience in Fintech. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of building secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications using Flutter. Youll be responsible for architecting, designing, and leading development efforts, setting the technical direction, and ensuring best practices are adhered to.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of Flutter-based mobile applications for Fintech solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, UX/UI, and backend developers, to deliver cohesive solutions
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture
• Develop robust, scalable code that aligns with business objectives and security requirements
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices in design patterns, performance, and security
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter and Fintech advancements and integrate new technologies where relevant
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and provide technical support throughout the development lifecycle

Qualifications and Requirements

Technical Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in mobile development with significant experience in Flutter and Dart
• Strong background in Fintech applications, with a focus on security, payment integration, and user data protection
• Solid understanding of API integration, mobile UI/UX standards, and responsive design
• Experience with third-party libraries and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing, and debugging tools
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Firebase) and best practices for app deployment

Leadership and Non-Technical Skills:

• Proven leadership skills, with experience in guiding and mentoring development teams
• Strong communication abilities, with the capacity to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic environment

Nice to Have

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with JIRA or other project management tools
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup or Fintech environment
