Job Description

ExeQut is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience recruiting for deep technical roles within the United States, such as software engineers, data scientists, and IT architects. This role requires a strong understanding of the U.S. recruitment landscape, including benefits, clearances, and labor regulations. The recruiter will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent to meet business needs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding technical candidates.
  • Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates using various tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and industry-specific resources.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Screen candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with company goals.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-up processes, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
  • Manage compensation discussions and provide insights into U.S. salary benchmarks and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with all U.S. labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Demonstrate expertise in U.S. benefits and clearances, such as security clearance processes (e.g., Public Trust, Secret, Top Secret).
  • Regularly report on recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and success.

Qualifications and Requirements

Recruitment Expertise:

  • 2-4 years of experience in technical recruiting, focusing on U.S.-based roles.
  • In-depth understanding of the U.S. recruitment process, including benefits packages, employment regulations, and technical role requirements.
  • Proven ability to recruit for specialized roles such as software development, data science, and IT infrastructure.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and GitHub.
  • Basic understanding of programming languages, technical stacks, and IT tools to evaluate candidate qualifications effectively.

Communication and Organizational Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Effective collaboration with hiring managers to ensure seamless communication and alignment.

General Skills:

  • Knowledge of security clearance processes in the U.S., such as Public Trust, Secret, or Top Secret.
  • Familiarity with U.S. benefits systems, including health insurance, 401(k) plans, and other employment benefits.
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with a focus on achieving hiring targets and deadlines.
