About The Role

The Sales Manager will play a central role in further growing ExeQut's presence in Saudi Arabia by building a strong pipeline, developing trusted client relationships, and closing high-value technology consulting engagements.

This role blends hands-on business development with account leadership, requiring someone who understands the dynamics of selling into Saudi government entities, semi-government organizations, and large enterprise customers.

You will work closely with leadership, delivery teams, and pre-sales resources to shape opportunities, position ExeQuts capabilities, and ensure successful deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership and Revenue Growth

- Lead ExeQuts sales activities across government, semi-government, and enterprise sectors within Saudi Arabia.
- Build and manage a disciplined sales process covering pipeline creation, opportunity qualification, forecasting, and pursuit management.
- Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, relationship-building, shaping requirements, coordinating proposals, negotiation, and closing.
- Expand ExeQuts presence with strategic accounts, including ministries, authorities, regulators, giga projects, banks, telecom operators, and large enterprises.
- Develop strong client relationships at senior and executive levels, positioning ExeQut as a trusted technology partner.
- Partner with the delivery, pre-sales, and proposal teams to ensure solutions are aligned to customer needs and compliance requirements.
- Provide market intelligence and insights on competitor activity, customer trends, and sector priorities.

Partnerships and Ecosystem Development

Build and manage relationships with local technology partners, system integrators, and channel partners to expand market reach.
- Support co-selling and joint pursuit activities with key technology vendors and service delivery partners.
- Identify partnership opportunities that enhance ExeQut's ability to deliver large-scale transformation projects.

Operational Sales Excellence
- 
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and CRM hygiene.
- Ensure all opportunities follow proper governance, qualification, and approval processes.
- Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy, sector targeting, account planning, and market positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support development of client presentations, proposals, RFP responses, and commercial structures.

Qualifications

- 8-10 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development within consulting, technology services, digital transformation, or IT solutions.
- Proven success selling into Saudi government and large enterprise organizations.
- Strong understanding of KSA procurement models, including Etimad, RFP processes, vendor registration, and contract award cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to close complex six- and seven-figure professional services engagements.
- Established network within key Saudi sectors.
- Strong leadership presence, communication skills, and experience working in cross-functional environments.
- Fluency in English and Arabic required.
