Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Senior Level UI/UX Designer with experience or interest in the health insurance industry. As part of our ExeQut team, you will create intuitive and user-friendly designs for health insurance platform, ensuring that customers, providers, and internal teams have seamless experiences. Your designs will play a critical role in helping users understand complex insurance products, manage policies, and navigate claims with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and insurance professionals to understand user needs and the intricacies of health insurance workflows.
• Design user interfaces for web, focusing on improving user experience for policyholders, agents, and customer service representatives. 
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights into customer pain points and behavior in the health insurance sector.
• Create mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and gather feedback from insurance professionals and holders.
• Simplify complex health insurance terms, claims processes, and policy information through clear, intuitive UI design. 
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and are compliant with health insurance industry regulations. 
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
• Strong understanding of user research methods and usability testing.
• Ability to translate complex information into simple and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
• Experience designing for accessibility and compliance with industry standards.
• Experience talking directly with the client.

 Familiarity with health insurance products, workflows, or experience designing for the insurance industry is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with health insurance or financial service applications.
• Familiarity with insurance-related regulations and privacy standards (HIPAA, etc.).
•   Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML/CSS) is a good plus.

• Experience with design systems and accessibility standards

• Available during US Eastern Time working hours from Monday to Friday
• Adaptable, resilient, and proactive in handling evolving priorities
