Job Openings Partner Operations Manager

About the job Partner Operations Manager

Company Overview

ExeQut is an AI, Data, and Cybersecurity transformation partner helping regulated mid-market organizations—in healthcare, insurance, and beyond—modernize their identity, cloud, and AI capabilities without putting compliance at risk. Our client base spans federal civilian agencies, commercial enterprises in healthcare IT and financial services, and state and local government entities pursuing complex technology initiatives with measurable impact. From initial concept through deployment, we partner closely with clients to deliver solutions built for long-term value and a seamless user experience.

The Role

ExeQut is building a partner-led US commercial sales motion in cybersecurity, identity, and cloud services. We run two partner streams: vendor alliances (One Identity, Microsoft, AWS, Cisco) and a channel/referral network (vCISO and advisory firms, MSPs, MSSPs, VARs). The partner motion is scaling faster than the ops behind it, and this role is the ops backbone.

You are the person who makes every partner relationship run on rails: onboarded cleanly, registered properly, tracked accurately, and never dropped. The onshore team owns the relationships and the deal judgment. You own the machinery.

What you will Own

  • Partner onboarding. Run the intake process for every new partner: agreement coordination, partner-portal registration, contact mapping, kickoff scheduling, and enablement logistics. A new partner should be fully operational in our systems within days, not weeks.
  • Deal-registration administration. Own deal-reg submissions and renewals across vendor portals (Microsoft Partner Center, AWS Partner Central, One Identity, and others as we add them). Nothing lapses, nothing is missed.
  • Referral tracking. Maintain the referral ledger for channel partners: who sourced what, attribution per deal, fee triggers, and payout tracking.
  • Partner CRM hygiene and reporting. Keep the partner pipeline current in the CRM (lifecycle stage, attribution, activity). Produce the weekly partner report the leadership team runs its cadence on.
  • Cadence support. Schedule partner check-ins and QBRs, prepare agendas, capture minutes and action items, and chase follow-ups to closure.
  • Partner-portal management. Keep our profiles, certifications, and program requirements current across every vendor program we hold.
  • Enablement logistics. Coordinate training sign-ups, certification tracking for our team, and event logistics with partners.

What we are looking for

       Must have

  • 3+ years in partner operations, sales operations, or alliance operations supporting a US or international B2B sales team.
  • Hands-on experience with vendor partner portals. Microsoft Partner Center, AWS Partner Central, or comparable channel programs. You know what deal registration is and why a lapsed one costs real money.
  • CRM fluency. You keep a pipeline clean without being asked and you can build a report from it.
  • Excellent written English. You will write partner-facing emails, agendas, and minutes daily.
  • Process-builder temperament. You see a repeated task and write it down as a checklist by reflex.

    Strongly preferred

  • Experience in cybersecurity, identity, or cloud services channels.
  • Experience supporting a distributed or US-remote team from offshore.
  • Familiarity with referral or co-sell fee structures.

    How This Role Works
  • You run execution, never deal judgment. Which partners we sign, what terms we take, and how deals close stay onshore. Your ownership is flawless execution and tracking of every decision made.
  • SOP-driven from day one. We document processes as we build them. You'll help write the SOPs, then run them, then improve them.
  • US-hours overlap required. At least 4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern time, including the weekly forecast call. The rest of your day is yours to structure.
  • Reports to: Partnerships Lead (currently executive team; a dedicated onshore partnerships manager joins in fall and you'll be their operational counterpart)
  • Start date: Mid-August, alongside our new CRM launch — you'll help stand up partner tracking in the new system from day one
  • Location: Remote
  • Hours: 40 hours/week, Minimum 4 hours daily overlap with US Eastern Time

This role is a strong fit if you

  • Take pride in being the person nothing slips past.
  • Like owning a defined engine and making it measurably better every month.
  • Work well async with a small, fast-moving US team.

This role is probably not for you if you

  • Want a quota-carrying or partner-facing relationship role. The relationship owners are onshore; this seat is the engine behind them.
  • Need daily direction. You get SOPs, a weekly cadence, and clear priorities, then you run.
