POSITION: Director Surgical Services

The Director of Surgical Services is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and coordination of the surgical department. This includes overseeing the operating rooms, preoperative and postoperative care units, sterile processing, and related surgical services. The Director ensures that all surgical procedures are performed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with the highest standards of care. This role also involves strategic planning, budget management, staff development, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
