Requirements for Executive Assistant


  • Bachelors degree is often preferred but not always required.

Degrees in business administration, communications, or related fields can be advantageous.

  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles, particularly supporting senior executives, is usually required. Experience in a similar industry can be beneficial.
  • Must be US Citizen or Authorized to Work in the United States

Career Opportunity For Executive Assistant

  • As an Executive Assistant (EA) you will play a crucial role in supporting senior executives by managing schedules, communications, and other administrative tasks.
  • You will provide administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Corporate Compliance Officer, and other Directors in the Finance Division. Provide day-to-day office management for the Fiscal Services and Revenue Cycle Services departments.
  • Manages arrangements, prepares board portal and PowerPoint presentations for monthly meetings of the Board Audit & Finance Committee. Coordinates scheduling, food service arrangements and special needs. Generates and maintains files for reports and minutes. Prepares all correspondence and reports for the CFO, Controller, Sr. Director of Revenue Cycle Services, Director of Budget & Reimbursement and for division as requested. Composes and edits correspondence. Provides research for projects, surveys and/or applications.
  • Prepares agenda, maintains reports and audit documents for the Corporate Compliance Committee meetings and provides support to Corporate Compliance Officer for other compliance related activities. Tracks and maintains file of Business Associate Agreements.
  • Maintains & manages schedules for the CFO, Controller, Sr. Director of Revenue Cycle Services, Director of Budget & Reimbursement, and other Directors in the Finance Division as needed. Reads, analyzes & research incoming mail & e-mails to determine its significance, distribution and/or follow up. Answers phone and screens/directs incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Develops and maintains department records and files to ensure timely and accurate access to required financial information. Reads, analyzes & research incoming mail & e-mails to determine its significance, distribution and/or follow up. Answers phone and screens/directs incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Strong EXCEL skills, ability to use EXCEL for reporting and presenting data.
