Requirements for HR Administrator / HRIS Analyst

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR administration and HRIS management.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and data privacy regulations.
  • Must be US Citizen or Authorized to Work in the United States

Career Opportunity For HR Administrator / HRIS Analyst

As the HR Administrator/HRIS Analyst you will be responsible for managing and maintaining HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy, streamline HR processes, and support the HR team with data analysis, reporting, and compliance. This individual will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our HRIS system, as well as providing administrative support to our HR department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

This role is critical in supporting HR operations, improving the efficiency of HRIS processes, and assisting with the configuration, troubleshooting, and development of HRIS-related workflows.

  • Overseeing and maintaining optimal function of the HRIS, which includes maintenance and upgrades applications, systems, and modules
  • Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users
  • Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports
  • Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for HR staff
  • Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects
  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
  • Performs other duties as required
