Sales Representative – B2C Outbound Calling

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with proven experience in high-volume B2C outbound calling to join our dynamic sales team. As a key contributor to our sales efforts, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, presenting solutions that meet their needs, and driving revenue growth through effective sales conversations and closing techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling & Lead Engagement:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers.
Engage with pre-qualified leads and identify sales opportunities.
- Sales Presentations:
Present products and services clearly and effectively.
Tailor conversations to customer needs. - Relationship Building:
Build rapport and maintain a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. - Negotiation and Closing:
Handle objections, follow up with prospects, and close sales.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets. - Sales Administration:
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM.
Track pipeline activity and sales performance.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2C sales with a focus on high-volume outbound calling.
- Experience meeting or exceeding sales and conversion targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
