Commercial Estate Call Centre Executive / Telecaller (Property Sales & Leasing)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales call Executive to handle outbound calls for commercial property, rentals, and opportunities. The role involves engaging with prospective buyers, tenants, and investors, providing property information, and scheduling site visits for the sales/leasing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads and databases.
- Respond to inquiries, and provide accurate commercial property details.
- Maintain an updated knowledge of available properties, pricing, amenities, and locations.
- Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and property requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for clients with the sales or property consultant team.
- Maintain records of calls, client information, and follow-up actions in CRM systems.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telecalling or call centre (real estate experience preferred).
- Good communication skills in English and/or local language.
- Persuasive and confident phone manner.
- Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.
