Location: New York (Remote, 3 PM 11 PM EST)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical and administrative support to leadership and operational teams.

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and follow up on action items to ensure smooth operations.

  • Handle incoming communications, system notifications, and documentation efficiently.

  • Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and other technical documentation.

  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and ensure data integrity across platforms.

  • Support onboarding of new employees and partners, including training on digital tools.

  • Ensure effective use of company platforms, including CRM, project management tools, and communication systems.

  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues and support colleagues in using digital platforms.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative, technical, or operational support roles.

  • Tech-savvy with confidence using digital platforms, cloud-based solutions, and integrated tools.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software (Asana, Trello, or similar).

  • Quick to learn new IT tools and capable of guiding others in their use.

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required).
