Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical and administrative support to leadership and operational teams.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and follow up on action items to ensure smooth operations.

Handle incoming communications, system notifications, and documentation efficiently.

Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and other technical documentation.

Maintain organized digital filing systems and ensure data integrity across platforms.

Support onboarding of new employees and partners, including training on digital tools.

Ensure effective use of company platforms, including CRM, project management tools, and communication systems.

Troubleshoot basic IT issues and support colleagues in using digital platforms.
Qualifications

Proven experience in administrative, technical, or operational support roles.

Tech-savvy with confidence using digital platforms, cloud-based solutions, and integrated tools.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software (Asana, Trello, or similar).

Quick to learn new IT tools and capable of guiding others in their use.

Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required).
