We are seeking a confident, energetic, and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities through cold calling and outbound sales efforts, promoting a range of computer equipment and technology solutions to businesses and clients.

The ideal candidate is persuasive, self-motivated, and comfortable building relationships with decision-makers over the phone. Previous experience in technology, IT products, or computer equipment sales is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
  • Promote and sell computer equipment, hardware, accessories, and related technology products
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions
  • Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and product information
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within CRM systems
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Stay informed on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, cold calling, or business development
  • Experience selling computer equipment, IT hardware, or technology products preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident speaking with business owners, procurement teams, and decision-makers
  • Target-driven with a strong sales mindset
  • Excellent objection-handling and closing skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a sales pipeline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Strong organisational and follow-up skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of computer hardware, laptops, desktops, networking equipment, printers, and accessories
  • Experience working in B2B sales environments
  • Ability to quickly learn technical product information
