We are seeking a confident, energetic, and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities through cold calling and outbound sales efforts, promoting a range of computer equipment and technology solutions to businesses and clients.
The ideal candidate is persuasive, self-motivated, and comfortable building relationships with decision-makers over the phone. Previous experience in technology, IT products, or computer equipment sales is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
- Promote and sell computer equipment, hardware, accessories, and related technology products
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and product information
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within CRM systems
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Stay informed on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, cold calling, or business development
- Experience selling computer equipment, IT hardware, or technology products preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident speaking with business owners, procurement teams, and decision-makers
- Target-driven with a strong sales mindset
- Excellent objection-handling and closing skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing a sales pipeline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of computer hardware, laptops, desktops, networking equipment, printers, and accessories
- Experience working in B2B sales environments
- Ability to quickly learn technical product information
