Remote HR Administrator – Recruitment & Payroll
Location: South Africa (Remote)
Hours: Full-Time | US Business Hours - 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (SA Time)
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support a growing US-based company. This role combines recruitment coordination, HR administration, and payroll support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people while ensuring administrative processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate employee and candidate records
- Prepare onboarding documentation and assist with new hire setup
- Support payroll processing by collecting, verifying, and updating employee information
- Track attendance, leave requests, and employee records
- Assist with HR reporting and administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR administration, recruitment, payroll, or a similar role
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using HR systems, payroll software, or CRM platforms is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and own computer/laptop
