  • Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
  • Candidates must be available to work most Sundays

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Level 2.5/3 IT Support Technician to join our growing IT team. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting abilities, hands-on technical support experience, and a good understanding of automation and scripting within a managed services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2.5/3 technical support to end users and clients
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated IT support tickets efficiently
  • Manage and maintain support requests through the ticketing system
  • Create and maintain basic automation scripts to improve operational efficiency
  • Work with ConnectWise Automate for monitoring, automation, and system management
  • Utilize standard PowerShell scripting for administrative and automation tasks
  • Support and maintain Windows environments, user accounts, devices, and network-related issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations and high service standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Level 2.5/3 IT Support AND MSP environment
  • Experience with ConnectWise Automate
  • Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, organized, and team-oriented

Working Hours

  • Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
  • Candidates must be available to work most Sundays
  • Some flexibility may be required, including potentially splitting shifts between Friday and Sunday depending on scheduling needs
