- Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
- Candidates must be available to work most Sundays
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Level 2.5/3 IT Support Technician to join our growing IT team. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting abilities, hands-on technical support experience, and a good understanding of automation and scripting within a managed services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2.5/3 technical support to end users and clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated IT support tickets efficiently
- Manage and maintain support requests through the ticketing system
- Create and maintain basic automation scripts to improve operational efficiency
- Work with ConnectWise Automate for monitoring, automation, and system management
- Utilize standard PowerShell scripting for administrative and automation tasks
- Support and maintain Windows environments, user accounts, devices, and network-related issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations and high service standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Level 2.5/3 IT Support AND MSP environment
- Experience with ConnectWise Automate
- Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
Working Hours
- Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
- Candidates must be available to work most Sundays
- Some flexibility may be required, including potentially splitting shifts between Friday and Sunday depending on scheduling needs
