Generalist Recruiter (Talent Sourcing Specialist)

We are seeking a driven, resourceful, and experienced Generalist Recruiter who is a guru at sourcing top-tier talent and thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. This role is perfect for someone who can confidently manage their own requisitions across a range of high-end roles while also stepping in as a strategic sourcer and partner for the broader recruitment team.

You will play a pivotal role in building talent pipelines, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and ensuring the team has access to high-calibre candidates. You will wear both hats owning full 180 recruitment cycle roles and supporting sourcing needs as business demands evolve.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (Own Reqs):

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a range of mid to executive-level positions across departments.

  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success profiles.

  • Write compelling job ads and design effective recruitment campaigns.

  • Conduct screening interviews, present shortlists, and guide candidates through the interview process.

  • Negotiate offers and ensure seamless handover to People Ops.

Sourcing (Team Support):

  • Proactively source top-tier passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray searches, etc.).

  • Support team recruiters on hard-to-fill roles by delivering high-quality talent pipelines.

  • Maintain and optimize talent pools for key verticals and future hiring needs.

  • Share market insights and candidate intelligence with hiring teams.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in an in-house or agency environment.

  • Proven experience sourcing and recruiting for high-end, hard-to-fill, or executive-level roles.

  • Exceptional sourcing toolkit and deep understanding of advanced Boolean search strategies.

  • Comfortable switching between owning requisitions and supporting the broader team.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a consultative approach.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to shifting priorities.

  • Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Pnet, Manatal, etc.).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
