Our client in the Insurance industry is looking for an Intake Specialist to handle all the incoming inquiries and convert them to sales from start to finish.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage client service by responding to client inquiries, incoming email, voicemail, mail, and company requests in accordance with agency guidelines.
- Perform screening, prequalifying, factfinding and appointment scheduling for new and existing clients.
- Maintain Agency Salesforce System client files and ensure proper documentation, by processing quotes, applications, policies, changes, new client onboarding activities, etc., according to agency procedures, and within agency timelines.
- Perform annual renewal appointments following Agency guidelines by incorporating relevant information obtained from the client.
- Actively cross sell supplemental products and refer prospects to the appropriate individual and/or department.
- Perform and manage inquiries, quotes, presentations, and applications through policy issuance.
- Lead the marketing efforts for new and existing clients via a perpetual process that will incorporate mail, email, social media, and other platforms.
- Update Weekly Scorecard of Lead Indicators.
- Participate in courses for insurance, marketing, and sales skills as and when required.
- Maintain current knowledge of underwriting requirement of carriers.
- Keep current with industry trends by reading appropriate journals and company bulletins.
- Participate in any special projects at managements request.
Experience:
Clerical and computer knowledge; experience in insurance coverages.
Skills/Abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to navigate through complex policy documents and ensure accuracy on completion.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to convert a lead into a sale.
- Ability to set, track and achieve goals.
- Demonstrate professional oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of clients.
- Proven track record of successful client advocacy in a fast-paced environment, emphasizing attention to detail.
- Ability to follow-up on activities from start to finish.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Ability to work Remotely US Hours 4pm -12am
- A stable work record is important.
- Fluent and articulate English is needed.
- Own Computer.
- Fiber line.
