Key Responsibilities

Certificates of Insurance: Issue and manage certificates accurately and efficiently.

Audits: Support clients during audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Recommendations and Inspections: Provide valuable insights and coordinate inspections as required.

Endorsements: Process policy endorsements promptly to keep client policies updated.

Billing Support: Handle billing inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Data Entry: Maintain and update client information in agency management systems with precision.

What Were Looking For

Insurance Experience: Previous experience in insurance is essential, with commercial lines preferred.

Applied Epic Knowledge: Familiarity with Applied Epic software is a strong advantage.

Attention to Detail: Highly organized and meticulous in all aspects of work.
