Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B & B2C Sales Representative to join our team and play a crucial role in connecting with small business owners. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to small business owners, understanding their financial needs, and promoting our loan offerings. Your ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close deals will be essential to your success in this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to small business owners to introduce our loan products and services.
  • Listen actively to understand the financial needs and challenges of each business and tailor your pitch accordingly.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients, fostering trust and credibility over the phone.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and terms of our loan solutions to prospective clients.
  • Handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently, turning them into opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of each call, interaction, and outcome in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
  • Continuously update your knowledge about our loan products, market trends, and competitors to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and respectful manner.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or cold calling is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Resilient and persistent with the ability to handle rejection and objections in a positive manner.
  • Confidence and enthusiasm to deliver persuasive pitches and overcome challenges.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage a high volume of calls and maintain detailed records.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Knowledge of small business lending and financial products is a plus.
