About the Role
 

As an SEO Account Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to clients, driving their Publisher SEO initiatives and the SEO team. Your expertise and strong collaboration skills will help align client objectives with the SEO team's efforts, ensuring clear communication of goals and deadlines. With a growth mindset, you continuously seek opportunities to refine strategies, learn from data insights, and deliver measurable outcomes. You will create dashboards and presentations to track performance, lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and provide guidance on forecasting and future objectives. 

What You Will Do: 

  • Serve as a consultative partner to clients, driving Publisher SEO strategies and initiatives. 
  • Align client objectives with internal SEO team efforts, ensuring clear communication and collaboration. 
  • Develop and implement customized SEO strategies based on data analysis and client needs. 
  • Continuously refine SEO strategies to optimize results and meet evolving client goals. 
  • Create and maintain dashboards and presentations to track, analyze, and report on performance. 
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients, providing strategic recommendations and updates. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client success and SEO campaign execution. 
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting client deadlines and agreed-upon goals. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. 
  • Educate clients on the latest SEO trends, ensuring they stay ahead of industry. developments and can make informed decisions about their digital strategies. 

What Were Looking For: 

  • A Bachelors degree or 3+ years of relevant experience at a SEO company. 
  • Must have previous experience in account management, client-facing role collaborating with cross-functional teams and professionals at all levels. 
  • Must be a proactive, self-starter and can take initiative on projects and tasks and complete them. 
  • Proven experience as an SEO account manager. 
  • Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization. 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. 
  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
