Key Responsibilities
Proactive Talent Sourcing & Engagement

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to placement for MDs, DOs, NPs, and PAs.

Execute sourcing strategies via professional networks, job boards, social media, and direct outreach.

Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified and mission-aligned medical talent.
Candidate Relationship Management

Conduct interviews and screenings to assess clinical skills, cultural fit, telehealth readiness, and professionalism.

Act as a brand ambassador, clearly communicating the benefits of working in a virtual care environment.

Provide a seamless and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
Strategic Collaboration & Process Excellence

Partner with leadership and clinical teams to align recruitment efforts with staffing needs.

Utilize ATS and recruitment technologies to manage pipelines and track candidate progress.

Stay informed on industry trends, licensing requirements, and best practices.

Ensure compliance with ethical standards and recruitment regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred, not required).

Minimum 1 year of healthcare recruitment experience.

Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding.

Proficiency in ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or Doximity.

Familiarity with U.S. medical licensing and credentialing (training on state-specific processes provided).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
