Senior Recruiter
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter ideally with a strong background in IT recruitment to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time position, perfect for someone seeking flexibility while still playing a key role in shaping our technical teams. There is potential for this role to evolve into a full-time opportunity based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs across departments.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job briefing and advertising to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Source and engage top IT talent using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.).

Screen and interview candidates for technical and cultural fit.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring activity.
Requirements:
Proven experience (5+ years) in recruitment, with a strong focus on IT/technical roles.
In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Strong understanding of IT roles and technical terminology.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems.
A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach.
