Healthcare Recruiter (Remote, Independent Contractor)

Location: South Africa (Remote, USA-Based Operations)
Working Hours: 4 PM - 11 PM SAST (Some flexible hours may apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for healthcare positions, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals.
• Review resumes and conduct thorough candidate assessments to match job requirements.
• Enter and manage data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and related platforms.
• Coordinate and send applications to clients and assign relevant skills checklists to candidates.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
• Proactively manage candidate pipelines to meet client needs and deadlines.
• Stay updated on market trends and client requirements within the healthcare sector.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in healthcare recruitment.
• Own laptop and reliable, high-speed internet connection.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to recruit for various clinical specialties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Flexible to accommodate some changes in working hours, as required by the business
