Key Responsibilities

Make initial contact with incoming leads, creating a positive first impression.

Explain the closet design process and ensure potential customers understand our offerings.

Qualify leads by assessing customer needs, budget, and readiness to proceed.

Transfer qualified leads to designers for further development and closing.

Maintain detailed notes and manage follow-up schedules for seamless communication.

What Were Looking For

Experience: 1-2 years in an office setting; sales or customer service experience preferred.
