Account Manager (Client Relations Department)

With a customer-focused mindset, you will advocate for clients and convey their feedback to the management team for continuous improvement. Excellent organizational skills will support efficient tracking of client interactions and progress on tasks. Your proactive and friendly approach will help anticipate client needs and build lasting partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, built on trust and transparency.
- Proactively check in with clients to gauge satisfaction, address needs, and implement strategies to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Address and resolve client concerns efficiently, escalating issues to appropriate teams when necessary, and managing the resolution process.
- Identify potential leads and product opportunities for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate client information and summarize discussions and action items in follow-up emails, clearly outlining next steps.
- Utilize tools such as Asana and ZenDesk for task assignments and tracking progress on client-related activities.
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate tasks and resolve client issues, ensuring complete fulfillment of responsibilities.
- Engage with senior executives and manage high-level calls, ensuring clear, effective, and professional communication.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in account management or project management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience handling and resolving client issues.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive in identifying client needs and offering effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently while being a positive team player.
- Creative thinking and innovative ideas to enhance client and team outcomes.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams; familiarity with Asana and ZenDesk is preferred.
