Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Remote Personal Assistant to support the daily operations of a busy logistics professional. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, ambitious, and possesses strong communication and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendar and efficiently schedule appointments.

Handle high volumes of emails and phone calls, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Assist with customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional client support.

Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Perform data entry, record-keeping, and maintain organized files.

Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, offering solutions and guidance.

Collaborate with a large team (40+ people) while ensuring client needs are met.

Take initiative to identify and resolve potential issues independently.
Requirements:

Experience: Proven administrative or personal assistant experience preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and time management capabilities.

Problem-Solving Mindset: Solution-oriented, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
