Listings Specialist (Technical/Data Entry Focus)

About the Role:
We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented individual with experience in listings management, particularly on Walmart's platform, to join our team full-time. This position focuses strictly on the technical side of listings, not the creative content. Your main tasks will revolve around data entry, advanced Excel work, and ensuring accurate, optimized listings based on Walmarts technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings on Walmart using bulk upload templates

• Utilize advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning, VLOOKUPs, etc.) to prepare and manipulate listing data

• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all listing data

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical listing issues

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Walmarts listing requirements and technical guidelines

• Perform quality checks to catch and correct errors

Requirements:

• Proven experience with product listings on Walmart or similar e-commerce platforms

• Advanced Excel proficiency is a must (you will be tested)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Comfortable working remotely and communicating digitally with a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Walmart Seller Center tools and templates

• Experience in e-commerce operations or catalog management

• Understanding of data formatting and validation for bulk uploads
