Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Property Insurance Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will handle various aspects of commercial property insurance, including policy review, underwriting support, claims assistance, and client communication. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during late hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and assess commercial property insurance policies for accuracy and compliance.

Assist clients with policy inquiries, endorsements, renewals, and claims processes.

Work closely with underwriters, brokers, and clients to ensure seamless policy management.

Identify risk factors and provide recommendations for appropriate coverage.

Process policy documentation, endorsements, and renewals efficiently.

Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Stay updated on industry regulations and policy changes.

Requirements:

Experience in Commercial Property Insurance (brokerage, underwriting, or claims handling preferred).

Strong understanding of policy wording, endorsements, and risk assessment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

Tech-savvy with experience using insurance software and CRM systems.

High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
