Product Listing Specialist Furniture

Location: Remote (Flexible Hours)

Company Type: Dropship Vendor (DSV), not a regular marketplace

Main Responsibilities

• Manage product listings for furniture and other categories.

• Work with UPCs/G10s and upload data into the vendor portal.

• Download, update, and maintain spreadsheets with accuracy.

• Use VLOOKUP and other advanced Excel functions for data management.

• Coordinate across multiple vendors to ensure consistent product uploads.

• Handle continuous and high-volume uploads in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills (must be highly proficient with VLOOKUP).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Proven ability to manage large data sets and repetitive processes efficiently.

• Quick learner with minimal need for training.

• Previous experience with product listing, e-commerce, or dropship environments is a strong plus.
