Remote IT Support Technician (Level 1)
(4pm-12am/3pm-11pm)
Join our client's MSP team as a Level 1/2 Remote IT Support Technician.
Your role involves delivering top-tier customer support, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth IT system operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1-2 technical support via phone, email, and remote access.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
- Collaborate with team members and maintain detailed documentation.
- Perform routine system maintenance tasks.
- Proactively identify and prevent IT issues.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.
- Prior remote IT support experience.
- Familiarity with Office 365 applications.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Customer-focused and adaptable to new technologies.
