Remote Receptionist Lead Response & Scheduling
Hours:3pm-11pm
Location: Remote
Must have: Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and texting capabilities
We are looking for a professional and responsive Remote Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for inbound leads. The ideal candidate will be able to respond quickly (within 2 hours during business hours), qualify leads, provide basic information about our investment services, and schedule calls with our Client Relationship Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound leads via phone and text within 2 hours

Qualify leads based on a standard set of questions

Provide basic information on investment opportunities (training provided)

Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the Client Relationship Manager

Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and scheduling outcomes
Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills with neutral or minimal accent

Confident and clear phone presence

Quick responder with strong time management

Comfortable using text messaging as part of lead follow-up

Tech-savvy and able to work independently

Sales experience is a plus, but not required
About the Role:

You'll be on-call during business hours

Conversations may last between 5 and 20 minutes depending on the prospect
