Remote Receptionist Lead Response & Scheduling

Hours:3pm-11pm

Location: Remote
Must have: Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and texting capabilities

We are looking for a professional and responsive Remote Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for inbound leads. The ideal candidate will be able to respond quickly (within 2 hours during business hours), qualify leads, provide basic information about our investment services, and schedule calls with our Client Relationship Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound leads via phone and text within 2 hours 

  • Qualify leads based on a standard set of questions

  • Provide basic information on investment opportunities (training provided)

  • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the Client Relationship Manager

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and scheduling outcomes

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with neutral or minimal accent

  • Confident and clear phone presence

  • Quick responder with strong time management

  • Comfortable using text messaging as part of lead follow-up

  • Tech-savvy and able to work independently

  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required

About the Role:

  • You'll be on-call during business hours

  • Conversations may last between 5 and 20 minutes depending on the prospect
